Alexander Hamilton did a tonne more than just be the main character of one of the best musicals of all time. Not only was he the first U.S. Secretary of Treasury, he also wrote the Federalist Papers, founded the Coast Guard, and established the first National Bank.
So, how did all of those huge and complicated achievements get turned into a theatrical masterpiece?
Because Lin-Manuel Miranda is a broadway genius, of course. And his creativity led to Hamilton winning a Grammy, a Pulitzer Prize and 11 Tony Awards! When the musical originaly debuted in 2015, it was immediately recieved endless praise.
