NCA Lunar New Year’s Gala at Orpheum Theatre

In previous years, this Gala has certainly wowed audiences with the presence of professional dancers from some of China's most prestigious dancing companies. This year's version has a lot to live up to, but knowing the NCA, that's not going to be a problem. Color is one of the first things that jumps out at you from the stage at these events. One of the more popular moments typically happens when dancers come out with a massive dragon. A lot of times, they've been known to weave it around the crowd. It's going to be interesting to see how they decided to navigate different parts of the show this year. Sorry for the spoilers! As mentioned, the NCA is known for providing quite a spectacle. The fact that they're taking the event to the Orpheum Theater this year speaks to the success of the Gala. This venue features a much larger seat count than some of the previous local spots that have hosted the event. Also, the Orpheum Theater provides an actual stage from where the show will be able to develop. It's going to allow some of the performers to put on a cleaner act than what we've seen in previous versions of the gala. If there were one year that you wouldn't want to miss this event, it would be this one!

As the date draws closer, more sections of the theater might be available for this event. However, you won't want to take that risk because it might mean you're going to miss out on your chance at witnessing the Gala.
