Based on the beloved tv classic Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, the live musical will make you soar with glee and excitement. This is your chance to meet your favorite characters from the special up close, such as Santa and Mrs. Claus, Hermey the Elf, Bumble the Abominable Snow Monster, Clarice, Yukon Cornelius and, of course, Rudolph.
The performance runs for one hour and thirty minutes, including intermission. By the end of the show, your kids will learn that what makes us different is what makes us special and will get everyone excited for Christmas. The beloved 1964 animated special was first turned into a live action musical by Jeff Frank and Chicago's First Stage in 2013. Since then, it became a festive tradition like the TV traditional. The musical features script adaptation by Robert Penola, arrangements by Timothy Splain, orchestrations by William C. White, story by Robert L. May, song, music and lyrics by Johnny Marks. Now, this 2024, the tradition lives on! Sing along the title track (originally recorded by Johnny Mathis), Jingle Jingle Jingle and Holly Jolly Christmas in the show!
